Range of Services   Qualify Your Builder   We tailor our design and construction services to fit your needs and budget. Initially, your project will be classified as either: (1) a basic remodel utilizing an "existing footprint", such as a kitchen or bath remodel; or (2) an expanded remodel requiring a "new footprint," involving a room addition and/or extensive modification requiring moving walls, windows or doors, or modifying plumbing, mechanical or electrical systems. Regardless of the size and complexity of your project, communication and collaboration are the keys to a successful homeowner-builder relationship. Before we hammer a nail or turn a screw, we take the time to get to know you. We start with an interview process designed to incorporate your lifestyle, personality, and ideas into our design proposal. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and secure with the way we do business. We follow up with detailed conceptual illustrations and, when necessary, comprehensive in-house construction drawings. Finally, we develop a proposal and give you suggestions for the materials, cabinets, fixtures and appliances that will make your dream home a reality. The nominal consultation and proposal fee will depend upon the scope of your project and will be discussed with you when we schedule our initial meeting. This fee will be credited to the cost of your project if you sign a contract with us.
